Daniel Kowalsky focuses on capitalization of new acquisitions, both on the debt and equity side, along with capital structure within the existing 3MC portfolio. Additionally, Daniel is responsible for all lending activity including the sourcing, underwriting, and funding of financing transactions under the newly formed 3MC Realty Capital strategy. Daniel previously spent 7 years at commercial real estate capital advisory firm HKS Real Estate Advisors based in New York, and holds a BA in Economics from Binghamton University.
